Paya de Millaman Malbec
Vineyard located in Sagrada Familia, Latitude 35° 1’ 5.38” South, Longitude 71° 26’ 2.60” West. Deep colluvial soil formed by particles dragged to the center of the valley. Old vineyard from 1940, well balanced, conducted in traditional trellis, with furrow irrigation.
Deep red with purple hints.
Intense aromas that highlights the first impact of flower notes as violets and some ripe fruit like plum. Also we could find sweet aromas, Green tea and matico.
With a great body, juicy and concentrated, has a good weight in the middle of the palate, great structure and tanic sweetness. Very elegant and delicate, with a great vivacity that makes it excellent for gastronomy. Has a long ageing potential. Its great sharpness reflects its aromas and makes it a unique wine of much tipicity.
Serve between 16º and 18°C/60 and 64ºF
